DRAW-OUT DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING PLATE LOADING CORRUGATED BOARD SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly transfer a corrugated board sheet loaded on a supporting plate from a carry-in conveyor to a draw-out conveyor by supporting the corrugated board sheet with assistant rollers of a derricking frame, when the corrugated board sheet loaded on the supporting plate is passed through the contact space of the carry-in conveyor with the draw-out conveyor. SOLUTION: A pair of assistant rollers 19 mounted on the back of the connecting rod 12b of a derricking frame 12 and the upper face of a push-out plate 16 are rotatably fitted to the positions conformed to the upper faces of a carry-in conveyor A and a draw-out conveyor B, in the fallen down state of the derricking frame 12. In the fallen down state of the derricking frame 12, a corrugated board sheet loaded on a supporting plate is supplied to the carry-in conveyor A driven by a motor. Then, the corrugated board sheet is supported with the assistant rollers 19 of which the upper faces are conformed to the upper faces of the carry-in conveyor A and the draw-out conveyor B, and smoothly transferred to the draw-out conveyor B driven by a motor.
