Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide one-liquid type water based chemical fire extinguisher which is eliminated any possibility of reducing its viscosity, if dissolved in water and stored for a long time by using a polymerzate of ammonium phosphate or ammonium condensed phosphate with a polymerizable double bond- containing compound as an effective component. SOLUTION: For example, a liquid mixture of approximately 100 pts. of approximately 40% ammonium condensed phosphate solution and approximately 5.5 pts. of acrylic acid is mixed with a polymerization initiator and copolymerized so that transparent viscous liquid can be prepared. This is set to one-liquid type water based chemical fire extinguisher. Its viscosity is approximately 120cPs by the measurement of a B type viscometer at the temperature 25 deg.C. When this chemical fire extinguisher is stored in a thermostat of approximately 40 deg.C for approximately two months and surveyed on the time course of the viscosity in the same by the B type viscometer, long-term keeping quality can be confirmed with no change in the viscosity. |
