Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety, antibacterial property, disinfecting property, foreign substance cutoff property, and water resisting property for a human body by constituting a coating film of the mixture or compound as a major component having a chitosan organic acid salt and water soluble salts of calcium, magnesium, and/or zinc as essential components. SOLUTION: For example, approximately 45 pts.wt. of approximately 4.8wt.% calcium lactate solution and approximately 1 pt.wt. of approximately 10wt.% sodium benzoate solution are added to approximately 30 pts.wt. of approximately 5wt.% chitosan (degree of deacetylation of approximately 80%) lactate solution. This solution approximately 0.5-1cc is uniformly applied from the wrist toward the tip as the coating and dried by the body temperature. The dried hand thus obtained dry and smooth touch and the compound coating film of chitosan lactate and calcium lactate is formed on the surface. When the hands are washed with soap, rinsed, and dried, this dry and smooth touch is not changed and water resisting property and stability to the hands are surely held.
