Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DC motor for pump, comprising an armature having a rotary shaft arranged coaxially in a tubular yoke coupled with a bracket at one end thereof with the rotary shaft being born rotatably by the bracket at one end thereof and the input shaft of pump, being coupled coaxially with the other end of the rotary shaft in which the overall size and weight of the DC motor and the pump are reduced by coupling the pump housing directly with a yoke, while requiring only a single ball bearing for bearing the other end part of the rotary shaft. SOLUTION: A yoke 3 can be coupled directly, at the other end thereof, with the pump housing 37 of a pump P, which can be mounted/demounted under temporary assembled state before being coupled with the yoke 3 and can be coupled with a temporary bracket. A metallic ring 31, which can be tightened to the pump housing 37 and the bracket, is press-fitted with the outer ring of a ball bearing 35 which is disposed between the other end of a rotary shaft 12 and the ring body 31.
