FLOOR PANEL INTEGRATED HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL WITH SOUND INSULATION MATERIAL, AND EXECUTION METHOD OF DOUBLE FLOOR USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a double floor which is excellent in heat insulation and noise insulation, stable in structure and free from any steps between floor panels or settlement of the floor surface with excellent execution quality. SOLUTION: A floor panel 1 comprises a surface material 2 and a plastic foamed body 3 which is integratedly connected to one side of the surface material 2 and has heat insulation and noise insulation. A recessed part 4 comprising an exposed part of the surface material formed at the prescribed part of an edge part of the floor panel 1 is arranged on a supporting plate 110 mounted on a supporting bolt 104 of unit supporting legs 101 arranged on a foundation floor 120 at the prescribed pitch in a height adjustable manner to install the floor panel 1. In addition, the plastic foamed body 5 is filled in a gap W between the installed floor panels 1. A part to be supported by the unit supporting legs 101 of the floor panels 1 may be the plastic foamed body 3 part which is harder than the other parts in place of the recessed part 4.
