PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special CD which displays an effect for its sales promo tion and which can eliminate a troublesome problem with the acquisition of a ticket by constituting the special IC in such a way that a compact disk to which a music signal, a foreign-language-conversation signal or the like is input is combined with a certificate of title which can attend the performance of a signal input person. SOLUTION: A certificate of title 4 is formed by applying a magnetic card. The name of a signal input person, a validity period, a title content 42 and the like are printed and displayed on the surface of a card 41 in which a magnetic is formed on the rear, and a magnetic signal which confirms the title content and a regular card is input to a mantic track 43 on the rear. Then, a special CD is sold in such a way that a compact disk 3 to which a music or the like is input and the certificate 4 which can attend the concert of the signal input person are loaded and packed inside a case 1. Consequently, a person which purchases the special CD is guaranteed to reproduce the compact disk 3 by using a a reproducing apparatus, to reproduce the input signal, to enjoy music or the like and to attend the concert or the like of a singer, an orchestra or the like that inputs the music signal or the like.
