Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for manufacturing a medium for recording digital information in a customer premise on a real time basis. SOLUTION: Servers 126 which are connected to respective hierarchy levels by the use frequency of stored information and which are remotely provided record digitized information containing sound and picture data. The customer premise 110 can immediately manufacture a product incorporating digitized information selected on a real time basis. In a retail environment, a customer can previously recognize the product by searching a data base by using a touch screen 106 at a store. A strategic and economic network is made so that data of the specified product is proportionally distributed to the servers of the respective hierarchies in accordance with the popularity of a content and transmission cost. A security mechanism where the permission of a center data base is permitted on the transmission of the content and the manufacture of the product is provided.
