Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate measurement over the long term even when an object to be measured rises high in temperature and is deformed. SOLUTION: To measure the temperature of a fixed location on the metal surface of a body 11 to be heated, a sheathed thermocouple 1 in the structure of a spring part 1b is installed via the fitting 19 of a container 12 to press a temperature detecting end 1a against the metal surface of the body 11 to be heated. The other end of the sheathed thermocouple 1 is connected to a control part 17, and the output of the control part 17 drives a regulating valve 23 for fuel gas 33 and a regulating valve 25 for air 25 to regulate the thermal power of a burner 15 for maintaining the temperature of the temperature detecting end 1a at a fixed value.
