While the drum is being released and descending, the weight 8 butts with a dust accumulated at a lower part inside the dust-collecting machine and stops descending, and simultaneously with this, a tension of the steel wire 14 is reduced and the steel wire is loosened. The tension is detected by a steel wire tension-measuring means and transmitted to a control part 9. When a detection signal, namely, tension of the steel wire becomes smaller than a set value, a signal stopping a motor is output. A length of the freed steel wire 14 is detected by a steel wire release amount-measuring means, transmitted to the control part 9 and displayed at a digital display device. A dust level is thus detected. |
