Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a dust level without being influenced by high temperatures and high pressures, by receiving a voltage signal from a weight moving up and down, a steel wire release amount-measuring means and a steel wire tension-measuring means, and converting and outputting the voltage signal to a release amount and a tension of a steel wire according to an information stored beforehand. SOLUTION: A weight 8 connected to an end part of a steel wire 14 at the side of a dust-collecting machine 1 is adapted to move up and down through pulleys 421, 422, 423 wound to an outer circumferential face of a drum, a coupling member 12 and a dust removable part 6. While the drum is being released and descending, the weight 8 butts with a dust accumulated at a lower part inside the dust-collecting machine and stops descending, and simultaneously with this, a tension of the steel wire 14 is reduced and the steel wire is loosened. The tension is detected by a steel wire tension-measuring means and transmitted to a control part 9. When a detection signal, namely, tension of the steel wire becomes smaller than a set value, a signal stopping a motor is output. A length of the freed steel wire 14 is detected by a steel wire release amount-measuring means, transmitted to the control part 9 and displayed at a digital display device. A dust level is thus detected.
