Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plating solution free from a fear of inducing metal allergy and capable of obtaining an glossy, white and refined plating having excellent corrosion resistance by containing ammonium palladium and stannic ammonium, copper cyanide and the like, which are soluble compounds, controlling to a specific free cyan concentration, adding a specific quantity of a surfactant, ammonia and the like and specifying pH. SOLUTION: In the Pd-Sn based plating solution prepared by incorporating the soluble ammonium palladium compound, the soluble stannic ammonium compound, the soluble copper cyanide compound and a soluble zinc cyanide compound and having 40-60g/l free cyan concentration, 1-2ml/L surfactant, 5-200g/L ammonia alkali salt and 1-50g/L ammonia are added and the plating solution is adjusted to pH 11-13. The plating solution contains no nickel salt or cobalt salt, which has the possibility of causing allergy. |
