METHOD FOR EVALUATING PERFORMANCE OF DISTRIBUTED PROCESSING TYPE COMPUTER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate performance in a short time at low cost by generating plural chain closed queue network models corresponding to a distributed processing type computer system and evaluating the performance of distributed processing type computer system based on these models. SOLUTION: A plural chain closed queue network model generating part 1 inputs the configuration information of distributed processing computer system from a configuration information storage part 3. When the configuration information is inputted, based on that information, the plural chain closed queue network model generating part 1 generates the plural chain closed queue network models. When processing at the plural chain closed queue network model generating part 1 is finished, a performance evaluating part 2 displays the input request of parameter on a display part 5. When an operator inputs the parameter from an input part 4 in response to this request, based on the inputted parameter and the plural chain closed queue network models generated by the plural chain closed queue network model generating part 1, the performance evaluating part 2 evaluates the performance of system and displays the performance evaluated result on the display part 5.
