SOLUTION: In a task management storage device 5, an AP task starting pre-processing 2 sets time immediately after the task of a monitoring object AP (application) is started. When a starting request processing terminates, time which is set immediately after starting is cleared by an AP task starting post-procesing processing 3. An AP abnormality monitoring processing part 6 monitoring abnormality at the prescribed period judges abnormality with prescribed algorithm when time at the time of starting the AP task being the abnormality monitoring object is not cleared from information which is set in a task management storage device 5 and present time. The alarm is displayed on an abnormality monitoring result display device 7 by using a post message.
