Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate response speed and to more improve the exhaust characteristics of secondary side pressure fluid by rapidly lowering nozzle back pressure when secondary side pressure increases rather than set pressure. SOLUTION: When the secondary side pressure increases higher than the set pressure, the increased secondary side pressure presses a 1st diaphragm 84 upward and the secondary side pressure fluid, which is led through a 1st passage into a 4th diaphragm chamber 118, presses a 4th diaphragm 102 upward against the elastic force of 2nd spring member 104. In that case, the pressure fluid in a nozzle back pressure chamber 108 is passed though a gap between a nozzle 106 and a flapper 110 and discharged through a bleed board 64 into the atmosphere so that the nozzle back pressure in the nozzle back pressure chamber 108 can be instantaneously reduced. Thus, in the case of discharging the secondary side pressure fluid into the atmosphere, the response speed can be accelerated and the exhaust characteristics (relief characteristics) can be further improved.
