Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flow out of cleaning balls for cleaning a heat exchanger to a circumferential environment. SOLUTION: Sponge balls filled in a cooling water supply tube 21 by a ball filling unit 22 are supplied to a condenser 10 together with cooling water discharged from a cooling water pump 16 to clean a capillary tube of the condenser 10. The balls for cleaning the condenser 10 are captured by a first ball recovering unit 26 installed at a drain tube 24, returned to a cooling water supply tube 21 by a circulating pump 30 provided at a circulating passage 28, and again supplied to the condenser 10. A second ball recovering unit 34 installed at a discharge passage 32 captures the balls not recovered by the unit 26. The balls captured by the unit 34 are returned to the tube 21 via a ball return tube 40 by a ball transferring unit 38, and again supplied to the condenser 10 together with the water.
