Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a charging equipment of natural gas even in a relatively narrow lot by effectively using a building site. SOLUTION: Natural gas compressed by a compressor 13 is held once in a gas retainer 15 and the high pressure natural gas is charged in a natural gas cylinder of a natural gas vehicle B. A compressor 13 and a gas retainer 15 are installed in the basement 11 and the ground surface of the basement is prepared to allow natural gas vehicles to be charged with the gas to pass thereon. The basement 11 is preferably constituted of two chambers 11a, 11b divided by a partition wall 12. The air-cooling type compressor 13 is installed in one of the basement chambers and the gas retainer 15 is installed in the other chamber respectively. An suction air duct 61 is opened to one of thes chambers and an exhaust duct 62 is opened to the other and an conduction air through hole 63 is formed in the partition wall 12. The suction air duct 61 and the exhaust duct 62 on the ground are installed in an arrangement area 31 for equipment on the ground.
