Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement admixture small in slump loss over a long period. SOLUTION: This concrete admixture contains a polycondensation product having a residue induced from a polycondensing monomer (A) having 1-300mol of a 2-3C oxyalkylene group and a residue induced from a polycondensing monomer (B) having carboxy monoester group as essential structural units. Further, a residue induced from a polycondensing monomer (C) having one or more kinds of groups selected from a group consisting of carboxyl group, sulfonic group, sulfuric group and phosphoric group can be contained as the essential structural unit. Preferably the polycondensing monomer (A) is an oxyalkylene group addition compound of phenol and the polycondensing monomer (B) is a 1-18C alkyl or alkenyl or a 2-6C hydroxy alkyl hydroxy benzoic ester.
