JET BURNER TYPE PROCESSING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to discharge a treated article with higher efficiency and provide a homogeneous treated article with regards to a device which dries and crushes an intended article to be handled by using the energy of an very fast and high temperature ejection heat gaseous body which is ejected from a jet burner at high temperature. SOLUTION: In a treatment vessel 1 of a device which dries, crushes and thereby collects an article 10, which is an object of handling, with a heat gaseous body ejected from a jet burner 2, a gas flow straightening means 7 provided with a plurality of plates arranged in parallel to the flow direction of a mixed gas comprising an exhaust gas and an article intended for treatment, is laid out in the treatment vessel 1. The cross sectional shape of the plates of the gas flow straightening means 7 is designed to be like a streamlined plate along the flowing direction of the mixed gaseous body. Furthermore, in the gas flow straightening means 7, there are provided a cone-shaped member which circles the jet flow of the heat gaseous body ejected from the jet burner and a plurality of plates between the periphery of the cone-shaped member and the side wall of the treatment vessel. Furthermore, a control valve, which makes the amount of the mixed gaseous body variable, is provided in the gas flow straightening means 7.
