Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp preventing mechanism for dealing with depolyvinylchloride finishing by using hot-melt water proofing agent for forming a waterproof layer solidifying in a short time substantially without containing water and having extremely small saturated water absorption ratio. SOLUTION: A surface material 1 is formed of a woody plate 5 provided with a decorative layer 4 by panting, and a rear surface material 2 is formed of the plate 5 provided with a decorative layer 4' or the layer 4'. A core material 3 is formed of a frame material 6 and/or core material 7, and the plates 5, 5', the material 6 and the material 7 are adhesively fixed. After coating, hot-melt type moisture curable water proofing agent which is immediately solidified and can form the waterproof layer having saturated water absorption ratio of 5.0wt.% without substantially containing water is obtained by reacting polyol component having two or more active oxygens in a molecule with polyisocyanate compound, and formed of compound containing preferably 1 to 3wt.% of isocyanate in a molecule.
