REINFORCING BAR AUTOMATIC BENDING MACHINE AND POSITIONING METHOD OF BENDING MACHINE AND REVERSE BENDING MACHINE IN REINFORCING BAR AUTOMATIC BENDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and easily execute the bending working without requiring reversely making a reinforcing bar on the way and further without requiring displacing the reinforcing bar to a gage plate by installing a reverse bending machine to reversely bend the reinforcing bar in the reverse direction to the bending machine on the opposite side of a clamp machine of one side bending machine. SOLUTION: When stamping a foot switch, bending machines 3, 3' are moved to both sides by the same distance making a clamp machine 2 as the center. After moving the bending machines 3, 3', a reverse bending machine 6 is moved laterally with hand, connected to the bending machine 3' and a reinforcing bar 5 is set. Next, when stamping the foot switch, the clamp machine 6 clamps the reinforcing bar 5, a main shaft of the bending machine 3 and the reverse bending machine 6 are advanced, a bending roller 50 of the bending machine 3 bends the neighborhood of one side end of the reinforcing bar 5 upward, a bending roller 33 of the reverse bending machine 6 bends the neighborhood of the other end part of the reinforcing bar 5 downward. In this time, a main shaft of the bending machine 3' is retreated. After finishing bending, the main shaft of the bending machine 3 and the reverse bending machine 6 are retreated, clamping of the clamp machine 2 is released and the reinforcing bar 5 is taken out.
