Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize power consumption of an ultrasonic vibrator transducer in an ultrasonic vibration device used in an ultrasonic washer, an ultrasonic cutter or the like by detecting an electric current value supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator transducer and controlling applying time of pulse voltage so that the detected electric current value becomes a fixed value. SOLUTION: A PLL circuit 12 for controlling a built-in vibrator so that the phase of an inlet signal SIN coincides with that of an outlet signal SOUT is provided, and based on the outlet signal SOUT of the PLL circuit 12, pulse voltage is applied to an ultrasonic vibrator transducer 82 by a driving means 14. At this time, the phase of an electric current flowing to the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 82 is fed back as the inlet signal SIN to the PLL circuit 12 through a feedback means 16. And in the driving means 14, the electric current value supplied to the ultrasonic vibrator transducer 82 is detected by an electric current detecting circuit 18. The applying time is controlled by an applying time control circuit 20 so that when the electric current value is large, the applying time of the pulse voltage is shortened and that when the electric current value is small, the applying time of the pulse voltage is extended.
