Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converting device capable of miniaturizing the device, and improving maintenance, assembly and strength. SOLUTION: Members such as GTO (Gate Turn Off Thyristor) 9a and a flywheel diode 10a are pressed on the same axis by a hydraulic jack 70 through heat sinks 20, 20A. A snubber diode 11a can also be fitted to the heat sink 20A to which the GTO 9a is fitted. The snubber diode 11a together with a regenerative diode 14a is tightened by clamping members such as a fitting stud 73, a nut 74 and a leaf spring 75 on the axis different from the axis of the GTO 9a and the flywheel diode 10a.
