PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve real time response to the operation request of retrieval and program searching by providing an auxiliary data accumulation means storing a part of data by the length for maximum waiting time, which is generated in one client device at the time of occupying a data accumulation means. SOLUTION: During the time when the client devices 6-2 to 6-n occupy the data accumulation means 20, the client device 6-1 cannot gain access to the data accumulation means 20. When the operations of title retrieval and program search in the midst of a title are executed in this state through the data accumulation means 20 by the client device 6-1, waiting time is generated. In this case, waiting time is not generated in the client device 6-1 and real time response is improved by reading data for program search and retrieval of the title from the auxiliary data accumulation means 40. The auxiliary data accumulation means 40 previously stores maximum waiting time for one client device.
