Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preserve data of a digital camera and a desk to personal computer and to efficiently transfer data between these devices. SOLUTION: A reader part 4 integrated with a memory card socket 3 is provided for a storage device 1 and the output of the reader part 4 is sent to the direction of a CD-R14 or the direction of the desk top personal computer 19 by a change-over switch 7. A change-over switch 9 selects data from the reader part 4 or data from the desk top personal computer 19 and outputs it to the CD-R14. A change-over switch 16 selects data from the reader part 4 or data from the CD-R14 and outputs it to the desk top personal computer 19.
