SITE SERVICE SUPPORTING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-site service supporting system for an electronic device by which regular adjustment, inspection and repairs or the like of the electronic device are conducted surely and quickly, without being effected by the experience of a service personnel at a site. SOLUTION: A site service personal connects a site electronic device A to a computer C at a remove service main office, via a communication line D by a portable adapter B to instruct a start of the service to the computer C by the adapter B, the computer C decodes input information from the electronic device A to send per-programmed on-site service job command information to be transmitted to the adapter B. Based on the site service job command information, the site service personal conducts an adjustment, inspection and repairs or the like for the electronic device A.
