PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio equipment which performs continuous transmission and also prevents transmitting data from being lost due to overflow that is caused by temporary stop, etc., of a transmitting operation. SOLUTION: A control processing part 107 is provided with a transmitting data controller 121. The controller 121 controls the data transmitting operation of a data terminal part 112 in accordance with the temperature of a sending part 103 which is detected by a temperature monitoring part 111. That is, when the temperature of the part 103 reaches a prescribed reference temperature, the controller 121 stops a data transmitting operation in the part 112. And the part 107 controls that the part 103 should temporarily stop a continuous transmitting operation or that it should perform an intermittent transmitting operation.
