Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power ripples from being mixed into output by connecting a resistance land where feedback resistance is arranged to an output point in the integrated circuit of a light to electricity conversion circuit converting the output current of a photodiode into voltage. SOLUTION: The common resistance land L where resistances R1 -R3 constituting feedback resistance Rk are arranged is connected to a point B connected to an output terminal 3. In a resistance land where resistance Ro is arranged, resistance Ro decided in accordance with the transistor of the input stage of an arithmetic amplifier 1 is connected to a high potential-side.Voltage connecting the resistance land is required to satisfy a condition that it is not less then voltage on arranged resistance. Thus, there is not problem in the connection method of the resistance land. Then, the occurrence of the ripples owing to the fluctuation of power voltage is prevented in voltage connected to the resistance land, and the power rippers are prevented from being mixed in the output of the light to electricity conversion circuit.
