Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily grasp the conditions of damage caused by earthquake occurrence and initial preparations by finding the degree of damage by detecting the signal of physical change caused by an earthquake for each block, and outputting damage condition related information by blocks. SOLUTION: Shock (a) caused by the occurrence of local earthquake is detected by an earthquake detector 2 in a block A, for example, and sent out as an analog shock value signal (b). After the shock value signal (b) is fetched, a destruction degree determining means 4 determines and sends out a predetermined destruction degree signal (c) corresponding to that shock value signal (b). A transmitting means 5A adds the destruction degree signal (c) to the identification data of block A, converts it to a destruction degree signal (d) by blocks in a required transmission format and transmits it to disaster prevention center equipment 6. At the disaster prevention center equipment 6, a damage condition preparation processing means 10 extracts correspondent destruction degree and initial preparation data from a damage condition basic data storage means 8 based on the destruction degree signal (d) with the identification data of block A, stores these data in an image display data storage means 9 and displays them on a display device 11. |
