Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow system with which reference data can be easily and efficiently retrieved. SOLUTION: A 2nd storage part 40 stores plural pieces of reference data related with job processing. A 3rd storage part 50 stores retrieval conditions, which are used when plural pieces of reference data are retrieved in the past, and the data of that history. A retrieval condition setting part 26 is provided for setting the retrieval conditions for retrieving required reference data out of plural pieces of reference data stored in the 2nd storage part 40 from a computer terminal while referring to the history data of retrieval conditions used in the past. According to the retrieval conditions set by the retrieval condition setting part 26, a retrieval processing part 27 retrieves the required reference data out of plural pieces of reference data and displays the result on the computer terminal.
