Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define the using results of a card purchaser by supplying the service corresponding to the coupon information via a POS terminal placed in a store when the coincidence is secured between the coupon information on the purchased commodities stored in an electronic card and the information offer contents. SOLUTION: A retail store center 10 contains a host computer 11 which offers various commodity information 22, 32 and 42 to the households 20, 30 and 40 via an internet and by means of the communication lines 12, 13 and 14 respectively. The commodity purchasers 27, 37 and 47 select the desired coupons among the information 22, 32 and 42 via the screens. Then the purchasers 27, 37 and 47 put the electronic cards 28, 38 and 48 storing previously the personal codes into the card readers/writers 29, 39 and 49 respectively. Then the service corresponding to the coupon information is offered when the coincidence is secured between the coupon information stored in the cards 28, 38 and 48 and the offer contents of the information 22, 32 and 42.
