Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrator which can continuously perform a process, having a high processing capability, and which allows mud-water to flocculate with the use of a flocculant or the like so as to separate moisture from a floc, and which is appropriate for processing a mud-water floc as industrial waste. SOLUTION: A squeezing roller 6 is made into external contact with the outer surface 3a of a drum 3 which is made of a perforated steel sheet and rotated by a motor 4, and which is fitted on a hollow shaft 2 transversely laid in a frame 1, so that the roller 6 is rotated, being energized against the drum 3 under variable pressure, and a water receiving tank 7 is suspended from the hollow shaft 2 within the drum 3 in a static condition. A mudwater floc is passed through a gap between the outer surface 3a of the drum and the squeeze roller 6 in order to perform dehydration. Water squeezed out at this time is pooled in the water receiving tank 7 through the perforation of the drum 3, and the pooled water is drained outside through a water suction pipe extending downward from the tank 7 and the hollow shaft 2, and a dehydrated floc which has stuck to the outer peripheral surface 3a of the drum after dehydration is scraped off by a scraping plate 12 in order to be taken up.
