Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel in which a bright display screen can be obtained when the touch panel is arranged on a display element without deteriorating the input sensitivity of the touch panel. SOLUTION: In a touch panel, an insulating substrate 1 on which a transparent conductive film 2a is formed and an insulating flexible substrate 3 on which a transparent conductive film 2b is formed are adhered through a spacer 4 to each other with a both-sided adhesive tape 5. The insulating substrate 1 and the insulating flexible substrate 3 are adhered through the spacer 4 to each other so that an air layer 6 can exist between the insulating substrate 1 and the insulating flexible substrate 3. Also, collecting electrodes 7 are formed on the insulating substrate 1 and the insulating flexible layer 3. Then, reflection preventing films 8 are formed like square islands of thickness 100nm, pitch Pd=100μm, and interval Dw=20μm whose one side is 80μm on the transparent conductive films 2a and 2b. |
