SOLUTION: The earthquake proofing wall 3 of a turbine building 1 for a power plant is simplified with a necessary minimum wall quantity, a core 4 (a large space) is formed within the building, a tunnel 7 having shielding function is set on a circumferential part 5 within the turbine building for the power plant, a carrying-in and -out floor opening 8 for connecting the upper and lower floors is set in the core 4 surrounded by the earthquake proofing wall 3 within the turbine building 1 for the power plant, and a connecting equipment routing floor opening 9 for connecting the upper and lower floors is also set therein. |
