Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culvert which can be constructed easily and in a short time period at a low cost with a reliably strength. SOLUTION: A culvert under earth filling 8 is built by installing an arch- shaped precast concrete(PC) panel 11, building an artificial soft rock ring 9 by cement stabilized soil at the outer side of the precast concrete panel 11, and further by filling ordinary sediment 10 at the outer side of the artificial soft rock ring 9. In this case, a material such as styrene foam 12 for absorbing earth pressure from the artificial soft rock ring 9 is interposed between the precast concrete panel 11 and the artificial soft rock ring 9.
