PASSING OF WARP AND DEVICE FOR PASSING WARP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for passing a warp, enabling to surely pass the warp through a dropper, a healed and a reed in a simple structure, and further to provide a device for passing the warp. SOLUTION: This method for passing a warp comprises disposing the warp- passing hole 9a of a dropper 9 and the mail 10a of a heald 10 in parallel in the course of a warp-carrying passageway 6, vacuum-sucking the tip 3a of the warp 3 extended from a warp beam 2 toward the reed 5, simultaneously inserting the tip 3a from the inlet of the warp-carrying passageway 6, passing the tip 3a of the warp 3 through the warp-carrying passageway 6 by the vacuum suction, once stopping the tip 3a of the warp 3 at just front of a middle suction part 7 disposed on the rear flow side of the dropper 9 to eliminate the bending of the warp 3, further sending out the warp 3 and subsequently once stopping the tip 3a of the warp 3 at just front of a middle suction part 8 disposed on the rear flow side of the wire heald 10.
