Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive for a PET-laminated metal sheet which is of one-pack type and has good adhesion to a metal sheet and an ink layer, and good processability, retorting resistance and other properties. SOLUTION: This adhesive for a PET-laminated metal sheet comprises : 50 to 95 pts.wt. hydroxyl-contg. polyester resin having an no. average mol.wt. of 5,000 to 40,000 and a glass transition temp. of 35 to 100 deg.C; 1 to 40 pts.wt. blocked polyisocyanate compd.; 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. silane coupling agent having at least one functional group, per molecule, selected from among an epoxy group and primary and secondary amino groups; and optionally 0 to 20 pts.wt. epoxy resin. The PET-laminated metal sheet is prepd. by thermocompression- bonding a PET film to one or both sides of a metal sheet through an adhesive.
