Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive which can form a porous, pressure- sensitive adhesive layer capable of being easily fiberized and having excellent adhesion and heat resistance and, when bonded to a porous film or the like through the porous, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, causes neither separation nor cockle derived from shrinkage in a heating atmosphere. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 comprises a base polymer of a polymer which exhibits tackiness at room temp. and can be heat-melted. The adhesive 2 has a melt viscosity of not more than 300P at 160 deg.C and a dynamic modulus of elasticity of 1×10 to 1×10 dyn/cm at 20 deg.C and 1×10 to 1×10 -dyn/cm at 90 deg.C and can be formed into a fiber having a diameter of 0.5 to 50μm. The porous, pressure- sensitive adhesive layer 1 comprises a laminate, having a porous structure, of the pressure-sensitive adhesive fiber 21 having a diameter of 0.5 to 50μm. The pressure- sensitive adhesive can be easily formed into a very thin fiber by a melt flow system or the like, is excellent in fineness and even distribution of pores, has no significant uneven gas and liq. permeability and adhesion, can easily form a porous, pressure- sensitive adhesive layer in the form of a nonwoven fabric or the like, and possesses excellent adhesion and heat resistance. |
