Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject thermosetting composition having a high heat resistance, high impact resistance, high chemical resistance, high electric insulation and high adhesiveness by adding a benzyl group-containing pyrazinium salt as a curing agent to a thermosetting resin such as a polyfunctional epoxy resin. SOLUTION: A pyrazinium salt having benzyl group, preferably N-benzyl- pyrazinium hexafluoroantimonate of the formula as a catalyst curing agent is added to bifunctional and polyfunctional epoxy resin and a thermosetting resin having a structure similar thereto to provide the objective resin composition. Furthermore, the curing agent is preferably an amine. |
