Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject compound capable of being used for producing polyurethane plastic, for producing coatings, for producing active ingredients and pharmaceutical products, and as an ingredient. SOLUTION: The polcyclic imionooxadiazinedione of formula I (R -R are each H, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, as aralkyl, etc.; R is H, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl an aralkyl, a heterocyclic group, etc.). Therein, T9 group is preferably a group of formula II. The compound of formula I is e.g. 10-(4-isocyanatobutly)-8- oxa-1,6,10-triazabicyclo-[5.4.0 ]nubec-6-ene-9,11-diode D of formula III. The compound of formula I is obtained e.g. by subjecting a 1,4-diisocyanate to a catalyst-inducing reaction, if necessary, in the presence of other mono-and/or poly-isocyanates.
