Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic composition capable of preventing developments of spots, roughness and roughness of the skin, inhibiting activities of tyrosinase and suppressing generation of melanochrome by adding a Glycyrrhiza glabra Linne-extract and a mulberry-extract. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition is brought to contain 0.0001-10wt.% of a Glycyrrhiza glabra Linne-extract [an extract obtained from root stocks of Glycyrrhiza glabra Linne of Leguminosea containing flavanone glycoside, liquilitin, etc.] and 0.01-5wt.% of a mulberry-extract [an extract from Mori radicis cortex (velamina of a mulberry plant) containing lactone, coumarins].
