COSMETIC COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic composition capable of improving spots, dullness and roughness of the skin and useful for inhibiting onsets of allergic skin inflammations, etc., by blending a raw sugar-extract with a Scuetellariae radix- extract, an enzyme and/or a yeast extract as essential ingredients. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition is obtained by adding 0.0001-5% of a mixture consisting of a raw sugar-extract (3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-O-D-glucose, etc.), a Scuetellariae radix-extract (containing baicaline and/or baicalein, which are flavone derivatives extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis GEORGI of Labiatae), an enzyme (a kind of protease obtained from papaya) and a yeast extract (concentrated and dried product of a solution obtained from a Saccharomyces yeast) in a compositional ratio of 1:1:0.5:0.5, 1:1:1:0 or 1:1:0:1.
