Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the attainment of piping transferability of crushed garbage be compatible with the efficiency of waste water treatment by piping-transferring garbage pulverized in a pulverizing part together with water before storing it in a garbage waste water storing part and feeding it to a solid-liquid separation part and a waste water after solid-liquid separation treating part through transfer parts and biologically treating polluted components of the garbage. SOLUTION: A pulverizer 1 has a transfer water feeding port and pulverizes garbage to cause it to flow to a garbage waste water storage tank 2. The stored garbage waste water is transferred to a sedimentation tank 5 by a fixed delivery transfer pump 3, and the pulverized garbage settled there and waste water are transferred to an aerobic solubilization tank 7 by a garbage pump 6 and to a contact aeration tank 8 respectively for treatment. At this time, when biologically treating waste water after separating solid matter, aerobic biological treatment is made for a residence time of 1 hr. to 2 days and water of 31 to 801 per 1kg garbage wt. is fed to piping for connecting the pulverizing part and the garbage waste water storage part. The solid-liquid separation part is prepared as a sedimentation tank having capacity 1/24 to 2 times the quantity of waste water per day.
