PRODUCTION OF EMULSIFIED LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily disperse an oil phase in a water phase at the time of inversing a liq. crystal structure to an O/W type emulsion and also to produce an emulsified liq. in which a dispersibility of the oil phase in the emulsified liq. is more uniform. SOLUTION: In the producing method of the O/W type emulsion type emulsified liq. using the oil phase as a disperse phase by forming the liq. crystal structure by adding the water phase for forming the liq. crystal to the first oil phase, then inversing phase by adding.mixing the water phase for forming the emulsion to the liq. crystal structure, the water phase for forming the emulsion is composed of the O/W type emulsion containing the second oil phase of >=1wt.% of the whole. In this way, at the time of forming previously the liq. crystal structure consisting of the oil phase and the water phase and inversing the structure to the O/W type emulsion, the emulsified liq. uniform in dispersibility of the oil phase and also good in stability is easily obtained since the affinity between the oil phase and the water phase for forming the emulsion is high, moreover, an operation of heating/cooling at the time of producing the emulsified liq. is markedly reduced, therefore, energy saving and a shortening of a producing time are attained.
