Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizing method and device by which stable superatomizing treatment is realized by reducing pressure loss to effectively subject fluid to collision. SOLUTION: In this atomizing device in which high pressure fluid containing a raw material to be atomized is introduced into a closed vessel having a flow passage inlet and a flow passage outlet and after its flow is diverted into those in plural paths, they are collided with each other and are atomized by forming high velocity flows in the direction that concentrates them, an annular flow passage 11a communicating with each terminal part of the branch paths of the high pressure fluid is provided with plural fluid jetting holes 11d, 11d for jetting high velocity flows in the direction that concentrates them. And the high pressure fluid introduced into the annular path 11a flow along the annular path 11a and is jetted in the wide angle direction from the plural fluid jetting holes 11d, 11d provided on the inner peripheral part thereof, and the jetted fluids are collided with each other and mixed in a void part 11b, causing them to be atomized discharged from a discharge port 11e. |
