VACUUM CLEANER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely illuminate the front part of a brush without excessively heating a brush lamp by permitting a light emitting part to be a bar-shape in a vacuum cleaner where the light emitting part for illuminating the front part of the brush part is disposed in a brush part for taking-in dust. SOLUTION: The brush 10 is provided with an entrance for taking-in dust, a reflection plate 12 is arranged at the inner side of a lower part case 11, a transmissive window 13 is arranged at the front side of the lower part case in the front part of the reflection plate 12 and an electric bulb 21 provided with the bar-shape is arranged between the reflection plate 12 and the transmissive window 13 as the brush lamp. The reflection plate 12 and the transmissive window 13 are fixed to the lower part case 11 with a connecting materisl 16 and a first terminal 18 and the second terminal 19 connected to an electric wire 17 are fitted to the connecting material 16 by a fastening means 20 such as a screw, etc. The first and the second terminals 18 and 19 are projected out from the connecting materisl 16 into space surrounded by the reflection plate 12, the transmissive window 13 and the connecting material 16 and electrically connected to the both end parts of the electric bulb 21 at the projected part.
