Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat grilling plate where meat is grilled while including proper fat. SOLUTION: The plate is constituted of a meat grilling plate 1 and a receiving plate 2 supporting the plate 1 from its lower side and the plate 1 is provided with a main meat grilling plate 3 and a plurality of auxiliary grilling plates 4 to 7 with a temperature inclination lower than the plate 1 to simultaneously grill cooking materials such as meats, which are grilled in condition different from each other, without adjusting the fire of a heat source heating the plate 3. In addition, a plurality of fat discharging routes 8 and 9 are formed on the upper surface of the plate 3 to grill the meat including proper fat and flame interruption walls 14 are respectively formed at the edges of the central through holes at the plates 3 and 2 to prevent the flame of the heat source from being diffused to the outside of the plate 3. Thereby thermal efficiency is improved. |
