Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To descend or ascend an IC card itself by utilizing the insertion force of the IC card into electronic equipment, and obtain the pressure contact of a contact holder with a contact without use of a link mechanism turnably supporting the contact holder and a tilted groove cam in conventional systems, in which dissolve a problem of the reliability of contact is damaged by the play of the link mechanism and the inclined groove cam. SOLUTION: In the process in which an IC card 1 and a contact holder 5 are moved by following the inserting of the IC card 1 into a card insertion room, it is constituted that a slope 15 formed at the front end part of the IC card 1 slides on the surface of a guide part 14, the IC card 1 is descended or ascended according to the tilt angle of the slope 15, and by the descent or ascent, an electrode pad 11 of the IC card 1 is brought into pressure contact with contacts 6, 7.
