WORK FLOW SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow system in which the operation can be automatically started and executed. SOLUTION: A main work flow or the like for deciding a flow of job processing among departments is stored in a storage part 30. When a detecting part 26 detects that facsimile data are stored in a spooler 31, transmits a signal to the effect to a converting part 27. When the converting part 27 receives the signal from the detecting part 26, converts the facsimile data stored in the spooler 31 into text data. A discriminating part 28 discriminates a content of a matter from an item name included in the text data. A second managing part 29 reads the main work flow from the storage part 30 based on the content of the matter discriminated by the discriminating part 28 and allows a whole managing part 25a to execute it.
