Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the retrogression or redevelopment and to ensure the smooth development of a product by comparing the target value with the actual value of an intermediate target item for development of the product and displaying the achievement state of the intermediate target via a display means. SOLUTION: A product development project management system 1 consists of a processing module group 11 serving as a function, a data storage part 2 and a retrieving/updating part 13 which transfer the information to each other via a communication network 33. In other words, the function blocks 111 to 131 process and also update the data stored in the part 2 via the network 33 and the part 13. Then an in-charge project/product/process instruction part 130, which performs display processing, compares the target value with the actual value of the intermediate target item for development of a product and makes the achievement state of the intermediate target visible.
