MANUFACTURE OF PATTERNING SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a patterning sheet of a low cost without using a gauze and without generating a fault in the case of manufacturing a decorative sheet. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a patterning sheet comprises the steps of coating an original 1 with silicone resin 3 by a spatula 9 to form a shaping layer 2, then feeding the resin 3 on the layer 2, covering the resin 3 with a backing film 4, covering the film 4 in superposition with a molding film 6 extended between frames 5, and pressing the film 6 from above by a roller 8 to smooth the resin 3. The method further comprises the steps of then curing the resin 3 to form the layer 3, then releasing the film 6 from the film 4. In the case of manufacturing a decorative plate, the film 4 is extended between the frames by a predetermined tension, and used.
